Established in 2012, Marandale began as a market-entry consulting firm based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Specialised in domestic market growth and potential corporate expansions in the wider region of South-East Asia. The company independently sourced actionable insights for its diversified partners, particularly within the cement and composites sectors. Delivering value from unique information, enabling informed decisions resulting in key investments. Industrial intelligence and stakeholder relations had set in motion our future milestones, as the Marandale Group.

In 2015, Marandale enters the technology industry through partnership in the form of a subsidiary company as Aldara. The company is specialised in cutting-edge technology implementation and adaptation for the domestic market. This exciting project began as a trial of new crop-yield enhancement technology for the palm oil industry and had perpetually grown into a company of advanced technologies serving a multitude of industries.
In 2018, Marandale enters another partnership in the form of a subsidiary as Atlas, specifically for the aviation industry. The company is focused in the maintenance, upgrading and retrofitting of aircrafts both fixed-wing and rotorcraft. A venture with solid foundations through close co-operation with original equipment manufacturers.
In 2021, Marandale creates Marandale Sports Group (MSG) as new subsidiaty that partners exclusively in the sports entertainment industry. A subsidiary created through our passion for sports and youth that has led to the investment in two football teams in the Indonesian national league. MSG runs both football clubs, Belitong FC and Persik Kediri.
In 2021, the Marandale company creates a small-scale real estate venture as Arkhon. The project begins with the acquisition of land rights to build hospitality properties in the special tourism region of Belitung. A project within an island that is intended to become a stepping stone for a greater presence within the property space within the next five years.
